Logo from boot_mute=YES at /boot/loader.conf file.

I was asking the same thing because I also don't want this logo.

Since it checks for the mute flag at boot. Looks like there is a 
DEV_SPLASH macro, it could be disabled in kernel options.

Logos look like to be in logo/ directory.
