Is there user 'ntpd' in /etc/master.passwd? It is added in 12.0.

root at eastasia[524]# uname -a
FreeBSD eastasia.home.utahime.org 12.0-RELEASE FreeBSD 12.0-RELEASE r341666 GENERIC  amd64
root at eastasia[525]# grep ntpd /etc/master.passwd
ntpd:*:123:123::0:0:NTP Daemon:/var/db/ntp:/usr/sbin/nologin
root at eastasia[526]#
