Issue in compiling kernel modules (Netbsd)

Hi,
I recently installed xfce4 (Debian) on netbsd 7.0.1. and while compiling kernel module.
Its giving me an error like " fatal error: sys/types.h : No such file or directory ."
usually I compile modules on linux, but in netbsd I don't know the way to compile modules.
Hope u will help me to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.
