xrdp configuration and xfce4

Regarding clipboard issue, add this to your SessionVariables section in 
sesman.ini.

> CHANSRV_LOG_LEVEL=LOG_LEVEL_DEBUG

Then xrdp will produce more debug logs. See 
`~/.local/share/xrdp/xrdp-chansrv.*.log`
and what happens when you copy something to clipboard.
