It's not meant for that. I use it for what it was meant: a local
repository (you can even look at it at http://svn.sibptus.ru/) from
where I install packages to a dozen FreeBSD hosts, with the options I
need.

Of course! It makes "pkg install|upgrade" on several hosts much
easier.
