FLAVOR python and portmaster mess

Hello,
I have no official fix from the dev.
I did get a workaround for the issue, though I don't know if it will
hold through another update. What I did was removed
devel/py27-setuptools and then reinstalled the py-setuptools from the
port installation directory.
