Actually, poudriere is cleverer than that. It builds packages of all
the dependencies -- build or run or otherwise --- and will install from
those packages into the build jails to setup the environment for each
package build.
You do end up with a package repository containing all of the build
dependencies as well as the run-time dependencies, but the build
dependencies never get installed on your live system.
