Again, gpart(8) does everything they do.  By that, I mean that gpart(8) 
can create bsdlabel partitions and MBR slices in addition to GPT and 
other partitioning schemes.

None of these programs will resize a filesystem already present on a 
partition.  growfs(8) does that for UFS.
