opengl/gl.h gone

I tried to compile something (flightgear and geda/pcb) against opengl,
and I found that gl.h is gone.
find /usr/local -name gl.h
gives this:
/usr/local/share/qt4/mkspecs/common/ios/GLES/gl.h

/usr/local/include/CGAL/gl.h
/usr/local/include/epoxy/gl.h
pkg info libGL
