Of course there are.
In fact, Seagate has a 4TB 2.5" external drive, selling anywhere
from 200 to 600 bucks.
They are available on Ebay.
The password is not for encryption, and the drive is not Self
Encrypting Drive.
The pAssWord is only for permitting the secure erase function and for
changing other drive parameters.
