Hmmm... I think you're looking at an old page on the Polish localized
version of the FreeBSD site, which might possibly not be completely
synched up with the primary site yet.


Anyhow, you should contact the FreeBSD Foundation:

    https://www.freebsdfoundation.org/

because they are literally in the process of rolling out a range of
teaching resources including material suitable for middle/high-school
level students upto undergraduate level.  There will be material
available at http://teachbsd.org/ but it's still in quite an early stage
of development right now.
