Just for grins on my 10.1-RELEASE machine I fired off:

# /usr/bin/time -h make -j9 buildworld

Yeowsah, couldn't believe my eyes when I came back from breakfast and
saw 13min 5sec! Had to do it again and sure 'nuff.
