Which "cpuid"? Presumably you don't mean Intel's program (as it already 
claims to print out that info).

That didn't help me with mfsBSD 10.0 i386 though.

Hmm, have had problems with this machine not wanting to boot off a 
different thumb drive, but I assumed that if it could get a loader on 
one it was good to go. Maybe I'll try hooking up a usb cd instead (hate 
to waste a cd on a ~30mb image though).
