FBSD 10, zfs, can't find mountpoint for /usr

/usr is no longer its own partition. I guess the thought was that it 
does not change any more or less than what was on / so dont bother 
making it a separate partition.  I am not sure if there were other 
reasons, but that seems to be the suggested default now on zfs and ufs 
for that matter.
