Trouble installing on uefi machine

Not that I know of.  I used dd to put the img file onto a thumb drive.
Then I booted the machine from the thumb drive.

I've tried FreeBSD-10.1-RC4-amd64-uefi-memstick.img
now and it hangs the same way as the previous versions.
