Thank you for your answers.
We are using EZJail on a daily basis with ZFS mapping so this is something we have expertise with.
One critical point will be the need for IP addresses in order to have dedicated IPs per jail.
Has anyone been working around this problem ?

Maybe I should have emphasized a bit more on point #4 because this surely will be the most complex part to setup.
The main part of our job will be based on managing this jail environment and being able to create / delete / update these jail for our clients.
• How are others dealing with the management of large scale jail environments with ZFS below ?
• Which mechanism / dev environment do you think will be best suited for this need ?
