audio/gtmp does not work with nexus7

MTP has never worked reliably on *nix for any of my android devices
(Including my Nexus 7 2013 FLO). I use either adb or an ftpd/httpd on
the android device. There is an FTP server available on F-Droid, and a
program called Wi-Fi File Transfer on the android market.
