Can you elaborate on what "cheaply" means to you? $1? 10? 100?

Would make it easier to recommend something. 

(For about $20-40/mo and up, you can rent colocation servers, hardware, rackspace and bandwith included. Often along the lines of a quadcore, two drives and 4-8GB RAM)
