FreeBSD Journal issues

I see both the subscription buttons ($19.99 and $6.99) go to a page that just 
says Jan/Feb 2014.   No choice.

Is that intentional, or has coke gone vertical?

Is there a back issue index, and if so, are they available at reasonable cost?
