Upgrading FreeBSD 9.2 to 10

So we did an upgrade last weekend, using "freebsd-update".

No issues to complain about, really. I was worried about the
"interface-name-changing" issue as has been reported by some
on this list, but that didn't hit us. Broadcom interfaces
here on HP servers.

We are a BIND house, so that gets moved to
/usr/local/etc/namedb, and is no longer in /etc/namedb. One
annoyance is that "freebsd-update" deletes named.conf, but
we had it backed up.

/etc/rc.d/named also gets moved to
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/named, clearly showing BIND is now just-
another-port :-).

Otherwise, a clean upgrade.

Mark.
