iconv conversion fails

Hi folks,

I have a problem with the iconv(1) conversion, despite it supporting the
encoding charset ISO-8859-1 it throws the following error:

unsupportedrsion from ISO-8859-1
iconv: try 'iconv -l' to get the list of supported encodings

iconv(1) on BSD has:

% iconv -l | grep ISO-8859-1
