GNUPG fails to build on FreeBSD 10.0-BETA3

Subject is wrong! devel/glib20 fails to build, not security/gnupg!

Does /usr/local/libdata/pkgconfig/libffi.pc exist?
Have you tried to rebuild devel/libffi?
