"LAW" :
First , please read information in the page :
http://www.freebsd.org/copyright/
In summary :
FreeBSD is an open-source project with its "Copyright" and "License" .
With respect to these , there is NO any SOLE OWNERSHIP transfer possibility
for the prior works.
For NEW works , you should find EACH developer and BUY their developments
with a PROHIBITION agreement that the sole owner of their works are you if
they accept such an offer .
This action does NOT prevent others to develop FreeBSD sources any further .
Then , best action for you to ask to a lawyer before asking such a question
and learn its rules .
With this knowledge level , you are very open to be misleaded and waste
your resources , because in the world , you may find persons which they
will try to sell to you even Freedom Monument of the USA , let alone
FreeBSD sole ownership .
Thank you very much .
