9.2 latest llvm upgrade does not compile [solved]

Just in case someone stumbles upon this error. I was able to solve it
the following way:

1. deinstalled all python packages
2. reinstalled python 2.7
3. reinstalled previous py-packages
4. pip install Jinja2
5. reinstalled textproc/py-sphinx

Afterwards I was able to compile llvm and clang updates.
