Not really. I was talking out of my own experience.

Ya.com was cheap but its customer service sucked.

Jazztel was not good either. Its coverage for high speed connections is far
from perfect.

You could try ono.

If you speak Spanish have a look at adslzone. They have quite updated
information in the forums
