release 9.0 and fvwm

Fvwm1 is ancient and no longer supported upstream (see
http://www.fvwm.org/download/). Try fvwm2 [/usr/ports/x11-wm/fvwm2]
instead. I've got that working fine here on 9.0-RELEASE amd64.
