ZFS and cp -x

ok, my story is:
I have Zpool v28,

zfs mount contains:
zpoo/usr/ports /usr/ports
zpool/usr/ports/distfiles /usr/ports/distfiles

when I try to cp -Rx, distfiles will be copied too.
