Plasma WiFi applet

I can't get this applet to work, following the instructions provided.  Anybody 
else get it to work?

Here are the instructions:
plasmapkg -t dataengine -i wifi-engine-1.0.plasmoid
which I translated to mean:
plasmapkg -t dataengine -i wifi-engine-1.0.1.plasmoid

Is dataengine supposed to be replaced with something??
There is no man page for plasmapkg, which would allow me to find out what the 
options are...
