If a FreeBSD8.0/Gnome system is a server, with many individual users, I don't want a normal user to be able to do a restart or shutdown or hibernate etc... Now any user has the possibility to do that via System / Shutdown How to disallow that globally? (except for e.g. the users in the group wheel)
