qmail under 8.0-STABLE

What does the MX record for that domain point to?
  [dig mx domain.com]

Are you sure qmail is running/listening?
  [sockstat / netstat -an]

Did you shutoff sendmail in rc.conf?
  sendmail_enable="NONE" I think...
