Failed compile ntop from ports

Hello,
I have problem compiling ntop from ports. I got error:

Makefile out-of-date with respect to
/usr/local/lib/perl5/5.8.9/mach/Config.pm
/usr/local/lib/perl5/5.8.9/mach/CORE/config.h
Cleaning current config before rebuilding Makefile...

Also, I realized most of perl module could not build. Same problem while
trying install Net-SSLeay.
