well, I could just update the database offline, then use another machine
 download right software and put them in /usr/ports/distfiles...

It is nice to use "portsnap fetch/extract/update", but I can't use that since one of my server has no connection to the internet...

If you have another machine available, it probably makes more sense to build the packages there and bring them over.   A ports tree with no internet connection is not always useful.  It doesn't contain the source necessary to build the packages.
