problems starting vncserver with KDE

I'm trying to start VNCServer with KDE 3 on FreeBSD 8.2-stable.  All 
ports were built today from a fresh portsnap.

tightvnc-1.3.10_3


I'm lost now...  Suggestions?

Starting with twm works fine:
