dhcpd related issue

I tried this one:
# tcpdump -n -e -ttt -r /var/log/pflog port 67
reading from file /var/log/pflog, link-type PFLOG (OpenBSD pflog file)
And it shows nothing.
Do you have any other idea what should I try?
