Clicking on Terminal crashes XFCE4

That seems pretty compelling.  Install 
/usr/ports/misc/hicolor-icon-theme.  How you got the xfce4 installed 
without it is a question.

portupgrade's pkgdb can you help you with missing dependencies like 
this.
