If you used the standard-supfile to csup src, you are still on
7.1-RELEASE+patches and this should not happen.
If you used the stable-supfile for src, then the above still stands.

Anyway, if it stops at different places every time, it may indicate a
hardware failure of some sort (e.g. RAM).
