ipfw: setsockopt(IP_DUMMYNET_CONFIGURE): Invalid argument

Hi all,I am trying to use Dummynet on a modified FreeBSD 7 
kernel. I haveloaded Dummynet in to the kernel
when I add pipes, but pipe config returns thefollowing error:# 
ipfw pipe 1 config delay 100msipfw: 
setsockopt(IP_DUMMYNET_CONFIGURE): Invalid argument
