Firefox: Video but no audio

Sound works fine with everything except firefox.

I am not sure what version of FF you are referring to. I have no menu
listing for "TOOLS" > "OPTIONS" listed. I do have an "EDIT" >
"PREFERENCES"; however, there is nothing about sound listed there.
