If you are using the old USB stack, use usbdevs(8).  If you are using
the new USB stack from less than 5 months ago, then use usbconfig(8):

usbdevs -v

or

usbconfig dump_device_desc (or other options visible with usbconfig -h)

usbus unit number, usb device index
