install gamin in stead of fam

Ater you set WITH_FAM_SYSTEM=gamin, you should be able to perform
portupgrade -fo devel/gamin fam
This will replace the software and the appropriate dependancies. I did this
very same thing but in reverse, gamin->fam :)
