A small sh script:

#!/bin/sh
awk ' {
for (i=1; i<=NF; i++) {
 printf("%s ", $i)
 if (i % 7 == 0) { printf("\n") }
}
if (NF % 7 != 0) { printf("\n") }
} ' input
