Exim stops working and nothing is logged ...

Hello,

I'm trying to get Exim running on my newly installed freebsd system.

So far, it works fine, but for no reason, the exim process(es) stop(s).
At least, I cannot figure out
why exim stopped working.

Exim is configured to work with SpamAssassin and MySQL.
Both, SA and MySQL processes run smoothly.

Any ideas?
