Determining daylight savings changes on BSD

Does anyone happen to know where to find the updated TZ data
in "old" format?  This is what 6.1 file(1) has to say about
a zoneinfo file imported from one of my really old boxes:

  $ file PST8PDT
  PST8PDT: old timezone data
