spamd permission problem

[Beech Rintoul]

I've been getting the following on my mailserver. It started after an 
update:

Feb  9 12:52:29 pinnacle spamd[89269]: spamd: could not create INET 
socket on 127.0.0.1:783: Permission denied

Any ideas how to fix the permissions?
