Azureus downloads slow

utorrent is Windows-only. Do not come with the excuse to run it with Wine. And Azureus is far from being slow. It might use a few more resources than other clients, but I have no problem running it on FreeBSD 6.1 downloading torrents at almost full speed of my internet connection.
