Which is the best open source C/C++ IDE out there?

I'm not programmer then I don't use any IDE.
I manage many server for lots of students. I've install two IDE.
kdevelopp (in KDE environnement)
Eclipse
This is for C++ «developpement» (It's not students in computer science but
in mathematics.).
Well you can try....
