Text based puttygen or equivalent

Yes, but that only exports the public key. I need to convert the
private key to one which PuTTY likes.

Something like:
PuTTY-User-Key-File-2: ssh-dss
Encryption: aes256-cbc
Comment: imported-openssh-key
Public-Lines: 10
yadayada... public key...
Private-Lines: 1
yadayada
Private-MAC: yadayda
