dhcrelay is setting the relay ip address wrong

Ouch.  That's a workaround for a pretty severe problem in the
relay agent.  

Try the relay agent from the WIDE project; it looks like it 
handles this properly (as specified in the protocol spec):
(/usr/ports/net-mgmt/wide-dhcp)
