then, you can use two sets of variables in /etc/rc.conf like:
memcached_enable="YES"
memcached_flags="-m 2 -l 10.1.1.245 -p 11211"
memcached2_enable="YES"
memcached2_flags="-m 2 -l 10.1.1.245 -p 11212"
