how to configure Xorg to run at 1280x1024

	IIRC, when I tried xdm with that (commented) Screen Section,
	I would get to thr grey screen; things hung for several 
	seconds, then xdm would try again.  (Guessing).  The screen
	would go black, then light up again with the grey stippled
	bg.  Infinite loop.
